Over the last 6 years, I have been working as a Professional Business Writer/Editor, with a focus on helping clients develop and write compelling, compliant and successful Tender Responses. I have helped over 50 small to medium business clients complete and successfully submit responses to a broad range of government and corporate tenders.
I have also completed a number of major Technical Writing/Editing projects, including developing comprehensive business continuity documentation for a major corporation and, with a colleague, reviewing, editing and finalising 75 project management plans in preparation for signing and commencement of a multibillion-dollar infrastructure contract.
As a Telstra Enterprise Solution Architect, I led the development of complex Telstra solutions and responses for high-value business and government tenders, delivering over 40 major bids and achieving over $300 million in sales. A qualified engineer with a postgraduate technology management diploma, I have 25+ years’ experience in business and government sales, in technical pre-sales specialist/management, knowledge management and professional practice manager roles
