Since joining Proof in 2023, Mary has played an important role in supporting the team across a wide range of operational and administrative tasks. She works closely with the leadership team to manage systems, maintain records, support proposal coordination and help ensure internal processes stay on track. From updating Salesforce and preparing documentation to processing invoices and keeping workflows moving, Mary is often the person making sure the details are handled, and nothing falls through the cracks.
She is especially strong in creating structure and keeping things organised. Mary is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once and brings a high level of consistency to everything she does. Her attention to detail and calm, methodical way of working make her a reliable support across fast-moving projects and deadlines.
